IMFIT classes are designed to give you a total body workout and increase your overall fitness. Our members can expect to improve their cardiovascular health and endurance through fast paced workouts utilizing functional movements. In this 60 minute class, members will move through a series of challenging interval and circuit workouts aimed at increasing muscle tone, losing weight, and improving overall health.
IMFIT workouts will not only get your heart rate up, but will leave you feeling energized and motivated. Our experienced coaching staff will lead you through each workout, making IMFIT suitable for ALL fitness levels.
